Learning Design
10,000 feet selectively takes on learning design projects that focus on 'perspective shifting or perspective broadening' outcomes. We use a collaborative, client-centric process and have a bias for rapid prototyping during the design process, creating and using highly interactive designs, and leadership involvement in the process.
During the last few years we’ve designed a number of unique solutions, including:

a simulation from a medical software company’s annual report that was used to help several thousand of the companies employees (in groups of 300) understand ‘how the company makes money’

a series of participant-led historical and strategic learning tools that replaced a dry 3 day powerpoint-driven course for newly hired VP’s at the company,

a blood-center simulation that focuses on human, economic and operating challenges of running a blood center, that has been run with blood center professionals across the country
- a highly interactive half-day learning event for 1000 at an annual national meeting
- a series of interactive workshops for the senior leaders of a children’s hospital focusing on business acumen, strategic thinking, building capability and creating a leadership vision
